Return & Refund Window
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.
- If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@banjal.com and send your item to 13/1 Balai Mohalla, Juni Indore.
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
